QA Integration Team Lead

Description

Join our R&D team as a QA Integration Team Lead, a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with team management. You'll lead a team of QA engineers while partnering with Engineering Leads and System Architects to validate that new capabilities meet architectural requirements and perform correctly under load. Our product secures private cellular networks, so you'll gain deep exposure to networking and cellular domains while ensuring quality is built in from the start.

In this role, you'll own the release management process, coordinating version packaging, tagging, and risk assessment. You'll build and maintain internal testing tools and define the technical criteria that determine when features are ready for release. As a team lead, you'll be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing your team, setting standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Technical:

• 5+ years in a technical QA, System Integration, or Test Engineering role (Required)
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, with experience building test automation and internal tooling (Required)
• Strong hands-on experience with networking protocols and debugging tools such as Wireshark (Required)
• Experience managing Linux-based systems and troubleshooting infrastructure issues (Required)
• Familiarity with release lifecycle management, including Git workflows, versioning, and tagging (Required)
• Proven ability to independently learn and apply complex technical specifications to testing strategies (Required)
• Experience with cellular protocols (4G/5G) or telecom infrastructure components (Advantage)
• Hands-on experience with security products such as firewalls, VPNs, or network segmentation (Preferred)
• Experience setting up or managing testing lab environments, including hardware configuration (Preferred)
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (Preferred)

Leadership:

• 2+ years leading or managing a QA/testing team (Required)
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and supporting professional development of team members (Required)
