As the Product Design Lead, you will own the UX/UI vision for OneLayer’s product. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver intuitive, elegant, and scalable designs and user flows. This is a unique opportunity to grow with the company and lead our product design team.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in UX/UI for complex B2B or SaaS products.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior design role.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Deep understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to create intuitive user flows for complex products.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment.
Mindset:
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Passion for building scalable design processes and mentoring future designers.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
